# Spark Lands 債權的收益來源是什麼？

收益來源皆為該不動產專案所產生的「淨收入」，通常為：租金收入或營運收入扣除必要費用後的金額，當日的淨收入會全數透過智能合約自動化地依認購人持有的債權數量等比例分配。
