# 收益是如何計算的？

系統會根據不動產專案每日實際產生的淨收益，依照認購人持有的債權數量分配。例如：若 A 債權專案每日的淨收益為 1,000 USDT，且 A 債權總發行數量為 1,000 支，則認購人每持有 1 支即可每日獲得 1 USDT。
