SLG 的收益債權所連結的收益來源為不動產所產生之收益，包含將不動產出租、商業營運等以獲得收入，並扣除必要費用後作為 SLG 債權的收益。每個專案的收益結構將依專案類型而異，詳情可參考各專案頁面說明。
