# Spark Lands 不動產專案收益債權是什麼？

Spark Lands 的不動產專案收益債權就是將「不動產專案的收益權」與「債權」結合，透過「債權購買契約」將原本屬於 SLG 的不動產收益債權轉讓給認購人。認購人即為該收益權的債權人，享有不動產專案所產生的收益。

這是一種讓認購人無需擁有不動產本身，也能分享該不動產所產生的收益之債權產品。用戶透過認購「收益債權」，取得的是不動產產生的收益分配權。這些收益原本由 Spark Lands Global 持有，透過債權形式轉讓予認購人。完成認購後，用戶即成為該債權的持有人，可依合約按期獲得收益。

此機制讓不動產投資更靈活、門檻更低，並提升資金效率與透明度。
