# 什麼是收益債權？

收益債權是一種以資產實際產生的收益作為回報來源的投資工具。認購人不擁有資產本身，但可依合約分享該資產的收益（例如租金）。回報會隨收益表現而變動，風險與報酬介於股權與傳統債券之間。
