# 我的身分驗證KYC未通過，該如何處理？

身份驗證未通過可能有多種原因，包括但不限於：

* 上傳的文件不符合要求（如過期、非政府核發）
* 文件影像模糊、拍攝不清楚
* 文件照片與自拍照不符
* 文件造假或偵測到可疑資訊
* 系統比對結果與犯罪或制裁紀錄重疊

若您的 KYC 驗證被拒，請稍後嘗試重新提交其他有效證件，並確保照片清晰、資訊正確無誤。
